If you need to return your order, please contact MWJ Enterprises at Mark@MWJEnterprises.com and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a list of items being returned. You will receive an RMA number which you should include in your return package. A full credit will be issued if the merchandise is returned in its original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must include an RMA. MWJ Enterprises reserves the right to deem merchandise as unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged, or mishandled. Sales are final on merchandise for which no RMA is requested within 7 days of its delivery, or if it is not shipped back within 5 days of the date an RMA number is emailed to you. Please send your return in a traceable format such as UPS or USPS. We cannot guarantee refunds for damaged returns or returns sent via a non-traceable method.
